Automaker selects CBRE as exclusive agent.

CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBG) announced that Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) has selected the firm as the exclusive real estate services provider for its non-manufacturing facilities across the United States.

CB Richard Ellis will provide transaction management, portfolio administration and project management for 31 properties totaling 4.2 million square feet of regional sales and marketing offices, call centers, parts distribution facilities and service training centers throughout the United States. The initial phase of the assignment also includes facilities management for five of these locations totaling 1.5 million square feet and NNA's soon-to-be-completed 450,000 s/f headquarters facility in Franklin, Tennessee.

For the past eight years, CB Richard Ellis has provided brokerage and portfolio administration services to Nissan North America, primarily out of Southern California, including the sale of NNA's Los Angeles-based corporate headquarters facility. NNA relocated to Tennessee in 2006. Under a new five-year contract, CB Richard Ellis' services have now been expanded to include facilities and project management services.

The relationship is being led by a CB Richard Ellis team that includes Mr. Poland; Vince Dunavant, newly named Alliance Director for the account; and many other CB Richard Ellis' professionals in major U.S. markets and Japan.
