The meeting will be held in Chicago. Holders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2001 will be entitled to be present and vote at the Meeting. Notice of the General Meeting, the Annual Report and the Proxy Statement are intended to be mailed to Autoliv's stockholders at the end of March. Dividend The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of US $.11 per share of common stock payable on March 1, 2001, to Autoliv stockholders of record at the close of business on February 1.
