Auto.SCOT Ryan Dalziel finished fourth in his third American Le Mans Series outing. Partnering former Toyota Atlantic rival Alex Figge, the Pacific Coast Motorsports Pacific Coast Motorsports is a racing team owned by Tom Figge and Tyler Tadevic. It has competed in the American Le Mans Series, Champ Car Atlantic Series, and Rolex Grand-Am series. pair raced the Menards-Yokohama Corvette corvette, small warship, classed between a frigate and a sloop-of-war. Corvettes usually were flush-decked and carried fewer than 28 guns. They were widely employed in escorting convoys and attacking merchant ships during the great naval wars of the late 18th and C5-R to its highest finish of the year in the GT1 class at Lexington, Ohio. Dalziel had to deal with the constant attentions of the Maserati MC12 driver Fabrizio De Simone who eventually crashed out.
