HUDSON, Mich. -- One of the largest, most modern and sophisticated machining facilities in the world, operated by Hudson, MI-based M&S Manufacturing Company, has closed its doors. All assets will be sold at a 5-day public auction sale commencing March 26, 2007. Hilco Industrial, LLC, has been selected to conduct the sale.
