Auto "V" Grooving Plans Its First U.S. Fabrication Plant.

Expanding Its Customer Base to Thousands of Small Fabrication & Specialty Companies

LAS VEGAS -- Premier Mortgage Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PMRS) announces that Auto "V" Grooving, Inc., the Company acquired in December 2006, has completed the plans for its first Fabrication Plants in the United States from the funding received through the Company's recent Reg D 504 offering.

Auto "V" Grooving, Inc. currently has more than 550 furniture, fixture and cabinet manufacturing clients in more than 16 countries, including companies such as Artitalia, Kimball International, Matsushita Industrial Canada, Philips Electronics, Sanyo MFG Corp., Singer Mexicana, Yamaha Music MFG, Kent Homes and Rosskopf & Partner GMBH & Co.

Auto "V" patented machinery technology has revolutionized the woodworking and solid surface industry. Whether the surface material is wood, stone, marble or the like, "V" grooving processes reduce material waste, increase productivity and manufacturing efficiencies and provide up to 65% cost savings to fabrication companies. The "V" grooving process cuts the solid material providing a folded corner or apron for complex countertops, cabinets, furniture, etc.

Since the cost of the machinery can be prohibitive to small fabrication or specialty companies, implementation of the Auto "V" Fabrication Plants (FBUs) will make these cost efficient machines available to the thousands of individual one-man shops or small fabrication companies across the country. Users of the FBUs can send their counter top and cabinet production orders to the FBU in their area, utilize the state-of-the art machinery on a pay-for-service basis, thereby eliminating the need to acquire the machines before volume requirements necessitate the purchase. This business model will allow Auto "V" customers to concentrate on other products that complement their setup while saving money and expanding their product offerings in the process.
