This work offers a Cisco-authorized, self-paced tutorial for passing the CVoice exam, a required exam for the Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP CCVP Cisco Certified Voice Professional ) certification and for Cisco's IP Telephony The two-way transmission of voice over a packet-switched IP network, which is part of the TCP/IP protocol suite. Wallace has written books on Cisco networking.
