), has joined its Board of Advisors. With this appointment, Drinan joins Bloom & Wallace Managing Partner Naomi Lee Bloom, International Paper's former Vice President of Human Resources The fancy word for "people." The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees.  Jack Flynn, former Vice Chairman of Price Waterhouse Paul Goodstat, PeopleSoft Fellow Row Henson and former Accenture executive Bob Hunter as an Authoria Advisor. Drinan has over 20 years of experience in the HR industry. Prior to joining SHRM, Drinan held the position of executive vice president, Human Resources, at BankBoston Corporation. In this position she directed a staff of 200 professionals and was the top human resource executive for the Corporation.
