In a move to stop depending on costly, cumbersome paper-based processes to deliver critical information to their domestic employee population, Boston Scientific has turned to Authoria to deliver personalized responses to employee inquiries via the Web. In doing so, Boston Scientific has enabled employees to get customized answers to their HR and benefits questions - such as "how do I add a dependent to my health insurance?" or "how do I contact our 401(k) provider?"- virtually on a 24 hours a day, seven days a week basis.
