) has announced that Dan Reingold, author of Confessions of a Wall Street Analyst, will be a keynote speaker at its upcoming Sponsoring Partner Forum. The Forum, which is open exclusively to ECOA Sponsoring Partners, will take place April 5-7, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico Santa Ana Pueblo is a census-designated place located in Sandoval County, New Mexico, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 479. The Pueblo, named Tamaya in the native language, administers a total reservation land of 73,000 acres (295 km²) .

In addition to Mr. Reingold's speech, the ECOA Sponsoring Partner Forum will feature roundtable discussions on corporate culture, conflicts of interest, and ethics awareness and communication. Over the course of the two and a half day event, attendees will also have the opportunity to attend sessions on many topics, including the following:

The first task of the commission was to develop a uniform set of sentencing guidelines for the federal courts.  

--The Ethics Side of Executive Compensation

Additional speakers include Judge Ruben Castillo Ruben Castillo (born December 19, 1957 in Billings, Montana) is a former boxer. Castillo always identified himself as a Chicano and not a Tejano like some Mexican-Americans from Texas do. He has lived most of his life in California, and he was also a resident of Tucson, Arizona. , Vice Chair of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, James O'Toole James P. O'Toole (born April 2, 1958) is an American politician. O'Toole is a Democrat. O'Toole represented portions of St. Louis City and Shrewsbury (District 68) in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1992 to 2002. , Research Professor at The Center for Effective Organizations, and Hans - Hermann Aldenhoff, Partner, at Simmons & Simmons. Representatives from over 125 companies will attend the Forum.
