AuthentiDate Holding Corp. Announces Postal Service Electronic Postmark to Be Integrated in Microsoft Office 2003.

AuthentiDate Holding Corp. (AHC) (NASDAQ: ADAT), the provider of the USPS Electronic Postmark(TM)(EPM) service, today announced that the USPS EPM, which enables users to verify authenticity, provide tamper detection, and date and time stamp their electronic documents and files, will be integrated with Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 (part of the Microsoft Office System) and Microsoft Office XP as a Microsoft Office Word 2003 Extension.

The Word 2003 Extension software, co-developed by AuthentiDate, Inc. and Microsoft Corp., will be available for download from http://office.microsoft.com early this summer, where users will receive instructions on how to establish a USPS EPM account.

digital certificates,

-- A signer's declaration of intent when signing the Word 2003

and Word XP document,

-- Electronic content sealing and time/date stamping with the

USPS EPM, and

-- Ability to subsequently verify the Word 2003 and Word XP

document's validity, authenticity and integrity.
