AuthentiDate Chosen as Strategic Partner for the New ISKV System.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y./DUSSELDORF, Germany -- AuthentiDate International AG, a subsidiary of AuthentiDate Holding Corp., (NASDAQ: ADAT) announced today that ISKV, the leading software and system house for German statutory health insurance companies, has agreed to integrate AuthentiDate's signature solution into the latest generation of its integrated solution for statutory health insurance companies with its "iskv_21c" system. The new version of ISKV's solution includes a core system and optional specialized solutions that will be made available through ISKV's strategic partners.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not released. However, AuthentiDate stated it will generate revenue from license and per transaction fees.

ISKV customers include approximately 240 health insurance companies, representing 90% of the statutory health insurance companies in German with more than 20 million policy holders. Over 30,000 users work with the ISKV software at the German statutory health insurance companies and will be able to access the new integrated solution.

All of the users of "iskv_21c" will be able to simply and quickly use AuthentiDate's signature solutions in scanning processes, electronic archiving, workflow and e-mail communication. For example, customers that use AuthentiDate's signature solutions with the "iskv_21c" software can develop electronic approval procedures, satisfy the German regulatory conditions for scanning of documents and electronically send, receive and archive data in a legally sound way.

The AuthentiDate products can be used to generate or check personal signatures and/or time stamps in accordance with the German Signature Act. The AuthentiDate signature products are designed to enable the user to individually combine the signature products and easily link them through the predefined "iskv_21c" interfaces.
