AuthentiDate Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: ADAT), announced the release of a fully functional e-mail solution for transparently securing and time-stamping the contents of electronic mail transactions.

Authentidate ME, a server based and transparent e-mail communication security solution offers instant and automated security to any e-mail user and their recipients, without special training or client/desktop software installations. Authentidate ME works in the background and centralizes standard PKI (public key infrastructure) functions to the central mail server or corporate data centers. Through this new architecture Authentidate ME dramatically reduces initial rollout and administration costs associated with current PKI implementations. Authentidate ME features central e-mail signing, encryption, decryption, verification and central certificate and public key storage.
