AuthenTec Names Gregory Teesdale Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Teesdale was most recently with the wireless semiconductor supplier, Sicom, which was acquired earlier this year by Intersil for $173 million. While at Sicom, Mr. Teesdale was Vice President of Operations, CFO, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. Prior to his work at Sicom, Mr. Teesdale was employed by Photometrics (later acquired by Roper Scientific), a high performance digital camera manufacturer.
