AuthenTec CEO to Highlight Rapid Growth Opportunity for Biometrics in Asia at ATRE Tech Conference in Beijing April 19.


MELBOURNE, Fla. & BEIJING -- AuthenTec, the world leader in fingerprint sensor innovation and sales for more than five years, will highlight the latest advances in fingerprint sensors and the tremendous growth opportunity for biometrics throughout Asia at the ATRE 2005 Asian Technology Roundtable Exhibition in Beijing April 19.

The company said that it will open the AuthenTec-Shanghai Development Center in the Songjiang district Songjiang District (Simplified Chinese: 松江区; Traditional Chinese: 松江區; Pinyin: Sōngjiāng Qū  in Shanghai, as well as multiple marketing and customer technical support offices in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China.
