The imaging application allows Wards Skyroad customer service employees to scan, index, retrieve, and manage documents. Users may retrieve the documents from any location throughout Australia and view them by date of entry, consignment note consignment note n (COMM) → talón m de expedición

 number, destination, and customer account number. Selected documents can then be printed or faxed directly from the application.
