Australian cricket team arrives in Mumbai for one-day series against India.

Mumbai, Oct 21 (ANI): Australian cricket team led by Ricky Ponting Ricky Thomas Ponting (born December 19 1974, in Launceston, Tasmania) is an Australian cricketer and current captain of the Australia national cricket team (for both One-Day International and Test cricket).  arrived in Mumbai to play a seven-match one-day international
Note: Most of the information here pertains to men's cricket. ODI matches are also played in women's cricket.
One-Day International (ODI) is a form of cricket, which is played over 50 overs per side between two national cricket teams.
 (ODI) series against hosts India on Tuesday.

The first match will be played in Baroda on October 25 and the second in Nagpur on October 28.

Indian squad was also seen sweating it out at the nets in Mumbai.

Opener Virender Sehwag Virender Sehwag pronunciation  (born 20 October, 1978, in Delhi) also known as "Veeru" is an Indian cricketer (batsman) and member of the Indian national cricket team since 1999  has been recalled to the India squad following shoulder surgery for the first two games of the series, though Rahul Dravid was dropped.

Batsman Yuvraj Singh, who missed the Champions Trophy with a broken finger, was named in the 15-player squad in the hope he would be fit to start the seven-match series.

Uncapped 22-year-old pace bowler Sudeep Tyagi was also included after some good domestic performances for Uttar Pradesh. (ANI)
