) will return to defend his title this July in the 2006 Life Time Fitness Triathlon The Life Time Fitness Triathlon is a triathlon race held annually in Minneapolis MN. An Olympic Distance length course winds its way through the city, drafting is not permitted. , one of America's most prominent Olympic-distance endurance competitions.

At 5'9" and weighing 150 lbs., Alexander is a world-class professional triathlete with nearly a decade of racing experience. The 33 year-old Alexander has compiled 34 top three finishes since 2001, including 19 victories. He already has a pair of victories in 2006, taking home the title in Australian Long Course Championship as well as winning the St. Croix Half-Ironman.

Joining Alexander will be more than 40 of the world's most accomplished professional triathletes, including:

"Craig put on quite a performance last year," said Marilyn Franzen, Director of the Life Time Fitness Triathlon. "We're excited to have both Craig and Emma back in this year's competition and we anticipate another dramatic finish. The Life Time Fitness Triathlon will again employ a unique timing format that provides a predetermined pre·de·ter·mine
