Australian Cancer Technology Changes Name to Avantogen; With a Robust Pipeline Including Late-Stage Cancer Products and Powerful Adjuvants, Company is Establishing Headquarters in San Diego.

) announced today that the Company's name has changed to Avantogen Limited, by a vote of shareholders at a general meeting in Sydney on May 9, 2005. Avantogen will continue to be traded on the Australian Stock Exchange Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)

Australia's major securities market, formed when the six state stock exchanges (Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney stock exchanges) were merged in 1987.
