Australia gets a taster of region's delights.TWO new television adverts promoting the North-East are to be launched. Following the success of last year's One NorthEast campaign, two commercials have been filmed and one will be broadcast for the first time on Monday January 7 during Emmerdale. The new adverts will include shots of Holy Island, Hamsterley Forest, Cragside, Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art The Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art, or mima, is a contemporary art gallery based in the centre of Middlesbrough, in the North East of England. The gallery was formally launched on Sunday 27th January 2007, although it was originally planned to open in late Summer and Dance City. The new adverts will be shown across the UK and following the launch of the new Emirates flight, it will be aired for the first time in Australia In mainland Australia, the keeping of standard time is divided into three time zones: eastern (UTC+10), central () and western (UTC+8). There are also some areas using an unofficial "central western" zone (). Most Australian external territories also observe different time zones. . Also featuring in the adverts will be The Alnwick Garden Treehouse, Rothbury and Souter Lighthouse. They will be shown on ITV and Channel 4. |
