Austin-Hayne Announces New Products For Customizable Job Resource Centers on the World Wide Web and Intranets; New application lets companies gain a competitive advantage by hiring candidates from the World Wide Web and Intranets, while saving time and recruitment costs.

With this new product, companies of all sizes will be able to transform static job listings into tools that utilize the power of the World Wide Web to find qualified candidates significantly faster.

The Job Resource Center automates the process of posting job openings on a company's web page and manages applicant information. Companies' internal job applicants can receive full job descriptions, and special information for employees. External postings can also be publicized on the World Wide Web with minimal effort. Resumes of candidates not immediately hired can be stored for matching against future openings, providing a dynamic reserve of people that can be referenced over and over.
