SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 1996--Austin-Hayne Corporation, a leading publisher of software tools for managers, will introduce The Job Resource Center at the International Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) show in Orlando, Fla., June 9-12.

With this new product, companies of all sizes will be able to transform static job listings into tools that utilize the power of the World Wide Web to find qualified candidates significantly faster.

The Job Resource Center automates the process of posting job openings on a company's web page and manages applicant information. Companies' internal job applicants can receive full job descriptions, and special information for employees. External postings can also be publicized on the World Wide Web with minimal effort. The product can be maintained by HR staff without needing to engage a Web Master or learn HTML. The Job Resource Center permits hiring managers to track the recruiting progress, drill down to the best candidates, and contact the person via e-mail.

The Job Resource Center goes beyond posting static job information and gives companies the ability to collect valuable candidate data. Resumes of candidates not immediately hired can be stored for matching against future openings, providing a dynamic reserve of people that can be referenced over and over.
