It is a goal of the chapter to provide two annual scholarships to students at various local universities, rotating ro·tate v. ro·tat·ed, ro·tat·ing, ro·tates v.intr. 1. The universities have welcomed TEI to their campuses and appreciate the opportunity to provide students interested in the field of taxation with our scholarship. The recipients of the 2005 TEI Austin Chapter scholarship are Sarah Mayfield and Anke Kishimonto. Both are outstanding students at Southwestern University and very active in various organizations on campus. The chapter thanks Dr. John Delaney John Adrian Delaney (born June 29, 1956) is an American politician of the Republican Party. He was the mayor of Jacksonville, Florida, serving two consecutive terms from 1995 to 2003. , Dean of the Accounting Program at Southwestern, for his hard work in setting up the TEI Austin Chapter scholarship program at the university. Dr. John Delaney and Dr. Fred Sellers hosted lunch and the scholarship presentation for Sarah Mayfield and Anke Kishimonto. Virginia Bryant and Kym Holmes, the Austin Chapter current and former president respectively, were invited guests of the university and were able to present the scholarship recipients with their awards.
