 for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the market closes on August 9, 2007. Aurora management will discuss its second quarter 2007 results in a conference call and webcast the following morning, August 10, 2007 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. The event will be available to the public as referenced below.

Aurora Oil & Gas invites interested persons to participate in the call by dialing 877-407-8035 (toll-free, domestic) or 201-689-8035 (international) prior to 9:55 a.m. Eastern Time. A digital replay of the conference call will be available within three hours following the call and will remain available until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 17, 2007.
