(OTCBB:ARGA), a specialty pharmaceutical company driving high-growth revenues through acquisition of valuable brand portfolios and innovative drug development programs, has announced that Brian Alleman, a veteran senior financial executive and consultant whose broad experience includes service as Chief Financial Officer for a number of public companies, has joined Auriga's Board of Directors.

Since 2002, Mr. Alleman has served as a partner in the Denver office of Tatum LLC, a national executive services and consulting firm that provides senior level financial expertise and other services. While at Tatum, Mr. Alleman has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of companies, including Simtek Corporation, Spectrum Mapping and Polar Molecular Holding Corporation.
