of the inferred mineral resource at the Bonza - Las Penas zone (PR 14/12/04). Highlights received from the trenching program to date include:

Penas East prospect

- 10 metres averaging 4.99 g/t of gold (including 2 metres @ 21.9 g/t of gold)

- 4 metres averaging 2.72 g/t of gold

- 18 metres averaging 8.29 g/t of gold (including 2 metres @ 51 g/t of gold and also including 2 metres @ 10.25 g/t of gold). The true width of this interval is approximately 6 metres.

Ubewdy prospect

- 1.9 metres averaging 29.60 g/t of gold

- 4 metres averaging 4.34 g/t of gold

- 8.5 metres averaging 2.59 g/t of gold

Aguas Mesa Sur

- 10 metres averaging 5.37 g/t of gold (including 1.5 metres @ 24.7 g/t of gold)

- 3 metres averaging 10.67 g/t of gold (including 1 metre @ 23.6 g/t of gold)

- 2 metres averaging 15.76 g/t of gold (including 1 metre @ 27.3 g/t of gold)

Exploration to date has defined a corridor of gold and silver epithermal mineralization that extends for over 2 kilometres and is between 200 and 300 metres in width. This corridor was delineated de·lin·e·ate
