Aura Systems Engages Auditor.


EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- Aura Systems, Inc. (Pinks Sheets:AUSI AUSI Autonomous Undersea Systems Institute
AUSI Associated Underwater Scuba Instructors (Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia) 
) announced today that it has engaged Moore Stephens Wurth Frazer and Torbet, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  ("MSWFT") as its auditors. With the engagement of MSWFT, the Company will be able to complete its required filings for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2005, and for the quarters ending May, August and November of 2005. Immediately thereafter, the company intends to complete its year-end financial statement for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2006.

With the completion of the above tasks, it is the intent of the company to apply to be listed on the NASDAQ NASDAQ
 in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations
