 Incorporated (Nasdaq:AULT) today announced that Donald L. Henry has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.

The Company also announced that Mr. William J. Birmingham has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Birmingham, who is a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. He brings a broad range of experience in working with both private and public companies.
