U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on
 Market Operations on March 10, 2008 that its ticker symbol would be changed to (AULT.PK) effective March 12, 2008.

The Company, formerly known as Remington Hall Capital Corporation (REMH.PK), previously requested the ticker symbol change in December 2007 when its name was changed.
