:AUL) Ault Foods Ault Foods Limited was a Toronto-based dairy processor and Canada's largest dairy company acquiring other dairy companies across Canada. Ault sold off parts of their business in the mid-1990s; milk division (Sealtest Dairy and Silverwood Dairy) was sold to Agropur.  Limited and Nabisco Ltd announced today that they have reached an agreement for the licensing in Canada of Nabisco margarine brands and technologies to Ault.

Under this arrangement Ault will add brands like Parkay to its Lactantia line up. This will position Ault as the solid number 2 player in the Canadian margarine business.

Ault plans on expanding the core margarine business with new and innovative products utilizing Nabisco's technologies acquired under the licensing agreement.

Ault will work with Nabisco in a smooth transition expected to be fully completed in the next few months.
