The suit asserts that JFAX of Los Angeles, CA is infringing certain patents owned by AudioFAX as a result of JFAX's sale of enhanced facsimile products. The suit requests treble damages and a preliminary and permanent injunction. AudioFAX is the owner of numerous U.S. and Canadian Patents that cover products and services which incorporate fax store-and-forward technologies.
