AudioFAX Announces Licensing of Fax Patents to LogicaCMG.

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 2003

 announced today that it has entered into a patent license agreement with LogicaCMG covering a broad range of technologies that incorporate fax store-and-forward technologies. These technologies will enable LogicaCMG to offer fax mail, fax broadcast, fax-on-demand and "real-time" fax via the Internet through the uOne Unified Messaging Having access to e-mail, voice mail and faxes via a common computer application or by telephone. For example, unified messaging may send faxes and digitized voice mail to a mail server that turns them into e-mail attachments.  platform.

AudioFAX IP LLC is a spin-off of AudioFAX, Inc., an Atlanta-based company founded in 1987, which is credited with pioneering many of the technologies now used in the enhanced fax industry.

Since its inception, the AudioFAX Patent Licensing Program has entered into license agreements with over 25 companies, including top wireless carriers and telecommunication providers worldwide.
