AudioCodes Announces Public Offering.


YEHUD, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 14, 1999--

) announced today the public offering of 3,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $41 per share. The Company offered 1,500,000 shares and selling shareholders offered the remaining 1,500,000 shares. The ordinary shares trade on the NASDAQ NASDAQ

 National Market under the symbol "AUDC." AudioCodes intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

AudioCodes' public offering was lead managed by CIBC World Markets CIBC World Markets is the investment banking division of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. It helps governments, large companies, and other large institutions obtain capital and credit and is a primary dealer in U.S. Treasury securities. , with Warburg Dillon Read Investment bank created by the 1997 merger of S.G. Warburg & Co. and Dillon, Read & Co. Subsequently renamed UBS Warburg and now part of UBS AG, where the Warburg name was eventually dropped.  LLC, Robertson Stephens and U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray acting as co-managers.
