) to advertise Audio Book Club on MSNBC MSNBC Microsoft/National Broadcasting Company  on the Internet (www.msnbc.com) and MSN (1) (MicroSoft Network) A family of Internet-based services from Microsoft, which includes a search engine, e-mail (Hotmail), instant messaging (Windows Live Messaging) and a general-purpose portal with news, information and shopping (MSN Directory).  Hotmail (www.hotmail.com). Both sites will feature direct links, via banner ads, to the Company's www.audiobookclub.com and www.BooksAloud.com websites.
