Audible Corrects Bloomberg Reporting Error; Company Responds to Bloomberg Newswire Report ``Audible May Run out of Cash Next Year, Filing Shows''.

Audible, Inc. A recent Bloomberg newswire item materially understated Audible's cash balance at June 30, 2000, noting the cash balance at $10.3 million. As stated in SEC filings, Audible had $25.2 million in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments at June 30, 2000.
