In a strategic move to reach an extensive audience of radio listeners, auctions.com(TM), the world's fastest growing on-line auction network, today announced its partnership with Premiere Radio Networks Premiere Radio Networks is a radio syndication and preparation company based in the United States. It is currently the largest syndication company in the United States based on popularity of programming. , Inc., the network radio business of Clear Channel Communications Not to be confused with clear channel radio stations, which are AM radio stations with certain technical parameters.

Under the terms of the agreement, Premiere Radio Networks, Inc.--the nation's third largest radio network--will receive an equity stake in auctions.com in exchange for radio advertising and promotion on a wide array of radio programs syndicated by Premiere. Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Both companies said they expect the agreement will lead to innovative cross-promotional opportunities that will result in both increased listenership lis·ten·er·ship
