AuctionWagon Acquired By Net2Auction, Inc.


HOLLYWOOD -- AuctionWagon, Inc., a leader in the development and deployment of eBay drop-off services and software, today announced that it has been acquired by Net2Auction, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NAUC NAUC National HIV/AIDS Update Conference ), a leading provider of auction drop-off services that allow people to easily sell their items on eBay by dropping unwanted goods off at Net2Auction locations.

Terms of the all-stock deal were not disclosed, and it was noted that AuctionWagon management will remain in place and continue providing its customers with the same high level of services and software solutions.
