Aubryn International Signs Closing Agreement With Jack Daniels; Company Finalizes Agreement With Jack Daniels and Records Contract.

UPLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2001

Aubryn International Inc. (ARBN) announced that the company has signed the final agreement with Mr. Jack Daniels of Gorman LLC, which now allows the company to record the agreement against the property. The agreement will consist of Aubryn controlling the over 1700 acres and/or 52% of the water rights of the city of Gorman. Aubryn will have the control of the land for the next twenty (20) years, with a fifty (50) year option to purchase. Mr. Harris stated that recording the document will protect the company's position for shareholders.
