Aubryn International Signs Bottled Water Agreement; Jack Daniels Brings First Letter of Intent for Revenue to Aubryn.

UPLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 2001

Aubryn International Inc. (ARBN) today announced that Jack Daniels of Gorman Properties, LLC, brought the first letter of intent signed with one of the largest Intermediary companies which will allow Aubryn to TURN ON THE FAUCET. All parties are currently under a N.D.A. and therefore the end user will be kept confidential until all portions of the agreement are finalized. "This agreement provides all access roads from pumping stations, boring sights, and bottling fillers to the highways," stated Mr. Jack Daniels. "It should also be noted that they provide all the equipment, from stainless steel storage tanks to full pumping stations," said Mr. R. Bruce Harris, CEO Aubryn International.

"This agreement requires ZERO cash on behalf of Aubryn, nor does it involve stock commitments," stated Mr. Harris. "All the capital required for equipment in this agreement comes from the Intermediaries and Jack Daniels," added Mr. Harris. "We felt it made more sense to give up a percentage of the income thus providing shareholders revenue without the risk of capital outlay."
