AuGRID Subsidiaries Continue To Develop And Extend Customer Base.

HOUSTON -- AuGRID Corporation (OTCBB:AGRD) affirmed today a positive outlook for the Company's third quarter based on recent business development of its subsidiaries, Alysium Corporation and OptiPure LLC. AuGRID Corporation develops, manufactures and distributes electronic and display devices, thermocouples, silicon carbide tools and specialty industrial products.

The Company forecasts a helpful boost due to contributions from OptiPure. Revenue from recent sales of the subsidiary's plasma screens will be reflected on the upcoming quarter report. The Taste of Houston Restaurant & Bar (in Stafford, Texas) is the latest commercial customer to choose the Optipure product over the competition.

In recent days, Alysium Corporation has delivered on an engineering project to make commercial mixers safer for workers and comply with mandatory regulations established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The project was initiated after SG Mexican Foods (www.ellago.net) had an incident in which an employee was injured due to a mixer not being able to stop fast enough. SG Mexican Foods is a manufacturer of Tortillas and Tortilla chips with Austin Independent School District as a primary customer. Alysium's design allows for future upgrades or improvements such Automatic Cycle Timer, Automatic Load dumping, and Audible and Visual Notification of Completed Cycle. This project shows the versatility of the equipment used as well as the insistence on meeting customer deadlines and solving customer needs.

Rex Little, Alysium's division head, stated, "It is Alysium's belief that in doing this, the Company can not only gain market share, but distinguish itself from its competition and become a nationally recognized solution provider and distributor."

In addition, Alysium has completed the installation of additional shelving and fencing at its Austin facility -- instrumental for inventory control during expansion. As new sales tools -- such as ecommerce and catalogs -- increase the sales volume, the demand for strict control will be critical in eliminating mistakes in shipment and inventory count. Building security is being upgraded and barcode systems are being implemented to allow for an up-to-date inventory count and an auto-reorder system to maintain stocking levels.
