AuGRID Corporation (OTCBB:AGRD) announces the organization and debut of a wholly owned distribution subsidiary, Optipure, LLC, at the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) show this weekend in Indianapolis, Indiana. Specializing in the distribution of a new era of high performance electronic and display devices, Optipure will present several video products from its exclusive line of audio and video equipment at the CEDIA show.
