AuGRID Distribution Division Fast Tracks Business Plan.

HOUSTON -- AuGRID Corporation (OTCBB:AGRD) announced today that its subsidiary, Alysium Corporation, which distributes Eurotherm drives, has recently signed a letter of intent with Fountain People, Inc. to evaluate Eurotherm drives and accessories for use in water pumping applications.

Fountain People, Inc. is the country's leading designer and manufacturer of architectural fountain equipment and water park systems under the brand name, Water Odyssey. Fountain People's projects range from water features for the headquarters of major corporations such as Chrysler, J.C. Penney, Eli Lilly and MCA/Universal to international works in locations ranging from Abu Dhabi to Zimbabwe. Upon successful completion of the evaluation period--which will last about three weeks--the customer will standardize Alysium's Eurotherm Drives as part of their packages.
