AuGRID's Subsidiary to Deliver High Accuracy Thermocouples.

AuGRID Corporation's (OTCBB:AGRD) subsidiary, Alysium Corporation, (www.alysiumcorp.com) has completed all final refinements of their High Accuracy, J-Type Thermocouple. On December 12, 2003, Alysium Corporation's Scientific Team will deliver ULTRA-High Accuracy J-Type Thermocouples to customers. In addition, the Alysium Marketing Department is in discussions with several companies to distribute product nationwide with ramp-up to global distribution of their ULTRA-High Accuracy Thermocouples. Distributor bidding status ends Friday, January 23rd 2004, at 5:00 P.M. CST.

Concurrently, Alysium is working on body armor prototypes to be tested by an independent group before being sent to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The intellectual property is being prepared for filing with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) to give Alysium a leading edge in body armor technology. Alysium's armor is a lightweight composite that can provide protection as heavy and light vehicle armor and personnel body armor. "Simply stated, we are doing everything different, warfare is no longer conventional," confirmed MJ Shaheed, President of AuGRID Corporation. "Our team has found a way to 'save lives' and lower the weight of the Armor Load on the troops and the vehicles they use." Alysium will commence prototype "live-fire" testing within 60 days.

The Alysium Team has recently attended the Lightweight Materials Conference, presented by the Institute for Defense and Government Advancement, in New Orleans. As a direct result, Alysium is now involved in forming strategic partnerships with companies developing innovative technologies in the field of lightweight armor.

The Alysium Engineering Team, contracted by The Delphi Groupe of Texas in October, is completing complex assignments on time and to the organizations highest standards of excellence. Their ongoing projects with Los Alamos National Laboratory and Bechtel Nevada are moving into the next stage of project transfer to the Nevada desert.
