AuGRID's Distribution Subsidiary Signs International Marketing Contract.

AuGRID Corporation's (OTCBB:AGRD) distribution subsidiary, OptiPure LLC, has contracted with International Sales of San Diego, California, to represent the company as an independent sales firm, in South America, Australia, Asia and portions of the United States.

International Sales represents select audio and video manufacturers like Mackie Designs, Eastern Acoustic Works (EAW), Symetrix, Lucid Technologies, AirTools, Ashly Audio, IZ Technologies, LCS (Level Control Systems) Equitech SurgeX Runco International, RBH Speakers Inc., Audio Design Associates (ADA) and Tributaries currently in the Americas, Australia, and Asia. "International Sales will expand OptiPure's visibility and presence at trade shows worldwide as well as offer technical support to distributors that will encompass assistance in system design, troubleshooting, and sales/technical training."
