(NASDAQ:ATTU), a leader in eBusiness and B2B integration solutions, today announced the selection of Syscom Computer Engineering Company as the exclusive distributor in Taiwan of Attunity's market leading business process integration technology. This alliance extends Attunity's aggressive global expansion, following recent announcements of distribution agreements with Innodigital in Korea and Legato of Singapore.

Under the terms of the agreement, Syscom will establish NetMaker Technology Company, a dedicated, wholly owned subsidiary, which will sell and service Attunity's flagship offerings, Attunity B2B(TM) and Attunity Connect(TM). NetMaker Technology plans to set up operations throughout Taiwan, starting immediately with offices in Taipei, Hsinchu and Taichung.
