With the Attunity eBusiness Integration Suite, the Museum was able to transform its existing legacy ticket management application to a new Web-based system to deliver real-time ticket availability, purchasing and registration. This represents the first time a live box office has been integrated with an online ticketing application to allow customers to purchase tickets in real-time.
