Before joining Attunity, Potter was vice president of marketing at Progress Software and was responsible for the SonicMQ family of Java messaging products. He also spent eight years at Oracle Corporation in a variety of senior marketing and product management roles. As the senior director of marketing, he helped to define Oracle's role in electronic commerce, interactive multimedia and the Internet. Potter also held the position of director of product management at Oracle, where he led the company's efforts in the interactive television market, including set-top, network computer (NC) and emerging consumer devices.
