Attorney Barry S. Pollack Announces 27 Million Dollar Verdict in Child Abduction Case.


BOSTON -- Attorney Barry S. Pollack, of the Boston, Massachusetts law firm of Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  announced today that a Waterbury, Connecticut jury returned a verdict in favor of his client Nina Streeter in the amount of $27 million in her lawsuit against Executive Jet Management, Inc., of Ohio. kidnapped at age five; taken from Scotland. [Br. Lit.
 of her two children to Egypt on August 23, 2001 by Anwar Wissa, Jr., Ms. Streeter's former husband. She recovered her children from Cuba on June 25, 2003. Streeter had alleged in her complaint that Executive Jet managed the flight that Wissa used for the abduction in exchange for $160,000, on short notice. The case was tried before the Honorable B.J.
