 (National Association of Recording Merchandisers National Association of Recording Merchandisers (NARM) is a U.S. not-for-profit trade association based in Marlton, New Jersey that serves music retailing businesses in lobbying and trade promotion. ) Convention to be held in LAS VEGAS from March 8 to 11, 1999.

The purpose is to extend the GLOBAL MEDIA NETWORK LICENSING PROGRAM to all music and video merchants and retailers, ranging from those that operate large chains, as well as smaller distribution companies.
