Attack man is traced.


POLICE investigating a report of a man being assaulted in Frankley, near Halesowen, have traced the victim.

Several members of the public contacted police after seeing a man being attacked by three other men in Egghill Lane, close to the border of Worcestershire and the West Midlands, just after 11am last Friday.

Officers from both West Mercia Constabulary West Mercia Constabulary is the Home Office police force responsible for policing the counties of Shropshire (including Telford and Wrekin), Herefordshire and Worcestershire in England.  and West Midlands Police West Midlands Police is the Home Office police force responsible for policing the metropolitan county of West Midlands in England.

It is the second largest in the United Kingdom after London's Metropolitan Police [1]. It covers an area with nearly 2.
 were called to the scene and discovered blood and a blood-soaked T-shirt but there was no sign of the man.

However, he was found in the Quinton area in the early hours of Saturday morning with only minor injuries and the investigation is now closed..
