It provides general consulting and strategic planning in the computer and communications field.  analyst Sheryl Kingstone, will take part in a webcast that will offer expert insight into the business solutions available to contact centers through the Microsoft Customer Care Framework Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF) is a Microsoft .NET-based framework which is commonly used to address issues faced by service providers caused by multiple line of business (LOB) systems while interacting with their customers.  (CCF) and unified desktop.
