Atrium Announces Audited 2004 and Restated 2003 Year-End Financial Results.


DALLAS -- Atrium Companies, Inc. ("Atrium") and ACIH ACIH Aspen Center for Integral Health (Colorado) , Inc., Atrium's parent ("ACIH"), each announced today that their independent auditor Independent Auditor

An external auditor with a certified public accounting designation that qualifies him or her to provide an auditor's report.

, Deloitte & Touche LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , had completed its audit of Atrium's and ACIH's 2004 year-end financial statements and had issued an opinion that such financial statements fairly present the financial condition, results of operations and cash flows of Atrium and ACIH for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004.

In addition, Atrium announced that its former independent auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers, had completed its audit of Atrium's restated 2003 year-end financial statements and had issued an opinion that such restated financial statements fairly present the financial condition, results of operations and cash flows of Atrium for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003. Atrium expects to file an amended Form 10-K/A for 2003 with the Securities and Exchange Commission as soon as practicable.
